Payment Terms

• Late payment fees and interest charges (if applicable)

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change, but once a service agreement is signed, the agreed price will be honored for that project.

Deliverables and Timelines

Before work begins, we will agree upon:

• Specific deliverables (number of images, formats, resolutions)
• Project timeline with key milestones
• Review and approval processes
• Revision rounds included in the base price
• Delivery method and format

Delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, client unavailability, etc.) may extend project timelines. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize their impact.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies are detailed in our Return Policy. Generally:

• Cancellations 7+ days before scheduled shoot: Full refund minus non-refundable expenses
• Cancellations 3-7 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 3 days before: No refund, but credit may be available

Specific cancellation terms for your project will be detailed in your service agreement.

User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password)
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or not
• Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach
• Using a strong, unique password and changing it regularly

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms of Use. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
